Peanut Butter

There is nothing better than Peanut Butter Captain crunch. I just went grocery shopping and had a hankering for it. Yum! it is now my lunch. I don't think I've had Captain Crunch since highschool. Or maybe college(can't recall from the drunken haze that was college). Mmm.... so good.

Just picked up Roswell season 1 on DVD. I really, really loved that show. Brenden Fehr is hot, yo.

Got in the zone at the gym. On the treadmill, headphones on, WWE smackdown on the tv in front of me. I ran about a mile more than I usually do without noticing it. Which is cool so long as my knee doesn't argue tomorrow.  I stretched extra and cooled down a little more, so hopefully that will help
