So it seems like there are a lot of people having bad days today.

Here is some pretty to try and make it better. ( oooh... look at the pretty )

My mother called to rant for 15 minutes during my lunch hour because she has been dealing with horrid customer service from apparantly everyone she has spoken to in the last 72 hours. She is really worked up and I'm glad we were on the phone because I would have been laughing at her in person.

I spent most of my morning arguing via e-mail with an engineer in Sweden about shifter forks. It doesn't get much more exciting than this folks. Between myself and my conterpart in Michigan the poor Swedish dude has got to be ready to tear his hair out. But he isn't giving us the answers we need. v. frustrating.

On a totally vain note I am having a fantabulous hair day! I have no idea what I did differently.

I'm gonna keep reminding myself that I only have one more day and then vacation. 5 day weekend here I come.
