YES! REM ticket has been purchased by my dear friend Lori and will be in my possession at the end of the day. REM is going to be at the Ryman in October and tickets went on sale Saturday at 10.  By Saturday at 10:15 they were gone.  So far I've seen some on sale on ebay for $300.  Its very tempting but I want to see them live.  Especially at the Ryman.  For those of you unaware of the history of Nashville and country music the hall was the original home of the Grand Ole Opry and is one of the best venues I've ever been to.  Not a bad seat in the house. EEEEE michael stipe!

In more concert news Maroon5/John Mayer on Friday! I'm very excited.  My love for Maroon5 knows no bounds.

In other news, I've just about hit my Olympics limit.  I had to turn it off and watch George Michael: Behind the Music.  Very good by the way.  Love George Michael: Kissing a Fool, Praying for Time and Fame90 some of my favorites. And I mean really, were any of us that shocked when he came out?
