ugh, for whatever reason I haven't been able to get into LJ for about 24 hours. Which sucks because I was desperate to see the Ashlee Simpson backlash. Don't understand the need to lipsync on SNL. If you are ill and can't sing then cancel and let them find someone else. Otherwise, you better be able to back up whatever you out on your CD.

I'll have a longer commentary on REM from Friday later on but it was...WOW! Michael Stipe is a really incredible performer and the new stuff they are putting out it great. I am really regretting not going to see Hanson at that particular venue. Even with the overwhelming number of teenies that I'm sure would have been there it would have been a great show.  That venue seems to bring the best out of anyone.

I'm off to work out. Should be fun after 3 days off.
