GRRRR.... I really thought I had this job thing all tied up in a bow. Nice company, closer to home and they really seemed to want to move me through the ranks quickly. Then I get the figures on the salary and it isn't at all what we had talked about. Plus they provided very few details on the health care and vacation plans. 

So now I have to go back and negotiate and I'm really uncomfortable doing that. I don't know the best way to do that without sounding like a pushy bitch.  I just wish that that they had done what I wanted the first time. (totally unrealistic I know)

And then when I got home this evening my apartment smells like ciggarette smoke. I guess the new upstairs neighbors smoke. I don't mind that they smoke but I don't have good enough ventilation to get rid of the smell. I need to buy more candles.
