May. 23rd, 2008 11:19 amI got bored last night while the Boy was playing golf and NOTHING was on TV that I wanted to watch so I popped in LOTMS. I think I could watch that over and over. Oh boys, socute.
Anyway, when the Boy got home he sat down and watched the last hour. He's all "what is this?" I told him it was MCR, you know the band that you went to see twice!? He totally didn't recognize Frank or Mikey. "That's Mikey Fuckin' Way?"
So I had to pull out the MikeyWay timeline of hairdo's to show him the progression from skinny scenequeen!Mikey to the hot thing he is on stage now.
After about 30 minutes he turns to me and goes, "these guys are all big dorks!" I can't believe he's just now figuring that out. I laughed for about 10 minutes. I mean the band just wants to save your life!
Never change MCR, never change.
Is it 5 pm yet? I'm ready to go to the Lake.
Everyone in Chi-town better have a blast at the Panic concert. I'll be thinking about you. And next weekend when it's MY TURN!
