I am hardly a fashionista. As a matter of fact during the day I can be considered quite dull in my choice of dress with the exception of my shoes. I work in a factory/warehouse, luckily I spend a lot of time in the office portion of that space and can wear sandals but otherwise it's kind of a pants and button up world for me. When I get home I'm all about the comfort, I tend to be a little quirky, brightly colored skirts, tank tops with sayings and large chunky jewelry. I'm not a fashion critic. I am however incredibly snarky and snobby. With that said.

Dear girl who wore a matching velour jumpsuit out on for fine dining and clubbing.
You are not JLo. Just say no

I'm on a rec'ing bender. But it's and equal opportunity bender.

First the WIP's (I don't usually rec stories that aren't finished but I love these so much)

You Bring Me Joy by Zaen

This is the cutest JuC AU I've read in a while. However it is up to 13 chapters and is so fraught with sexual tension that if they don't get on with it soon I may just die. Plus not only do the boys have Buffy fetish but they almost have phone sex while watching QaF!

Haunted  by [livejournal.com profile] semaphore27

All of Sema's work is absolutely incredible, but this has me completely caught. It is a ghost story set right after WWI. It is really hard to describe, just go read it. It's beautiful. She's up to 4 chapters so far and the next one should be a doozy.

Trainers on a Strange by [livejournal.com profile] tripping_sin

Cutest little Monaboyd AU. I just really like the characterizations here. Billy is a businessmen that meets a bike messenger on the subway. *sigh* I'm such a sucker for AU's

and finally because my love for long ass schmoopy stories knows no bounds and apparently I'm now addicted to Harry/Draco fic

Welcome to the World by IamtheLizardQueen

The door swung open, and standing in front of him, in a rugby shirt, jeans and slippers, was salvation in the guise of Harry Potter. Draco was sure he would have laughed at Harry’s expression, if he hadn’t felt so darn close to tears. He raised his red woolly hand and said, "Hello Harry", before tumbling into that oblivion.
