Well, I believe I have found a Yoga studio, I spoke with the head instructor and she seemed very knowledgeable and able to talk aout my various issues.

What I love is that I started talking about my back problems and my knee problems etc.. and she asks how old I am.  Apparently i've got a few too many problems for 27.  Good to know.  *sighs*

I'm going to try class on Monday night and see how it feels. In the meantime, massage tonight.  Oh yeah!

In random news.

Lance's nose is starting to grow on me.  I like the pictures from the Six Feet Under premiere.

But not so much in love with the pictures of Orli with tons of facial hair for Kingdom of Heaven.
